With a lick of paint, new floor coverings, kitchen and bathroom update and possibly the removal of a wall this property would be simply stunning!! It certainly has fantastic bones and is well proportioned but still won’t appeal to everyone. It won’t appeal to those without the vision to see what it could be with a little work.
